Answer: With a vMart Content Managed Website you can instantly create a professional website for your personal or business use completely free of charge. You will be able to update the content on your pages and create as many new pages as you like without ever needing the help of a web guru thanks to our user-friendly interface.
Question: Can I get a forum/message board on my Website?
Answer: Yes, we can install a phpbb2 forum on your site completely free of charge. (This is currently in testing stage and will be available soon)

Answer: Yes, we can install an image gallery on your site completely free of charge. (This is currently in testing stage and will be available soon)
Question: So how much do vMart Web Stores & Sites cost?
Answer: Nothing, Nada, Zilch... vMart is completely free and always will be! ...That's a promise!
Question: Come on, how can everything be free?
Answer: We gain funding by allowing respected sites that we think may be of benefit to our visitors and members to purchase a link in our 'Sponsored Links' section. These links will appear on the main landing (Home) page of our main website and the entire vMart network (unless they have been removed by request). We never allow any questionable content such as adult sites, gambling, drug stores etc. or any sites that have any sort of spyware that may be a risk to our users. We also use the Google Adsense program on most other pages in the 'Sponsored Links' area. This area has been carefully positioned so that it does not interfere with your site but is visible to any interested users.
Question: Can I customize my store & site?
Answer: Yes! you can customize your store/site by changing the theme/style to suit your own topic or products. (This is currently in testing stage and will be available soon)
Question: Do I need to get hosting or a domain name?
Answer: This is a fully hosted solution so hosting is not required. Your address will be http://vmart.eu/username or you can get www.yourstore.com or www.yourstore.net etc. if you are a Premium member. We will include your domain name free of charge if you purchase the annual premium package.
Question: So what do I get from the premium version that's not in the free version?
Answer: The functionality of the free version is exactly the same as the premium version. Removing functionality to try and get money from people is against everything we stand for. Premium membership simply allows you to create change request tickets. If you require changes to your site or store above and beyond normal support issues such as adding domain name(s) to the account, add multiple email addresses, removing the sponsored links section, changing the sponsored links so they reflect your own sponsored links or adsense code, changes to layout, image changes etc. then you will need to sign up for premium store membership.
Question: How much is premium membership?
Answer: €9.99 per month or €99 per year to cover the additional work required for premium members.
Question: Is there a limit to how many products, images, pages etc. I can have?
Answer: No, you can upload as many products, images or pages as you like (Subject to fair usage).
Question: Can I put my own Google Adsense ID in the sponsored links to earn additional revenue?
Answer: Yes, if you take part in Google's Adsense for publishers program then we allow our members to supply their own Adsense ID for potential revenue sharing. There is a ratio of 5:1 meaning your Adsense ads will be displayed once every 5 page impressions. If you wish to avail of this then please supply your adsense publisher ID via support.
Question: Can you give me email addresses?
Answer: We can set up one email address associated with your store such as yourstore@members.vmart.eu to forward to the email address you signed up with.
Question: Is there functionality to sell gift vouchers and offer promotional codes?
Answer: Yes, you will be able to set up whatever gift vouchers you like in your admin panel. You can also create promotional codes if you wanted to run a specific promotion such as 5% off for the first 100 people who use the code when checking out.
